At Hugaboo, we are committed to making your shopping experience simple, reliable, and secure, just
like the warmth of our plushies. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping
process:
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after the purchase is made. Business days are
considered Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has
been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your
shipment in real time.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (Free): 7 to 12 business days. Note: During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, Black
Friday, etc.), processing and delivery times may extend by 3 to 5 additional business days due to high
order volume and carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number, which you can
use to monitor your package at any time.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Hugaboo is not
responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the
customer. If we detect that the address appears to have an error, we will attempt to contact you before
shipping. However, if we are unable to confirm it in time, the order will be processed using the
information provided.
Undelivered or Rejected Packages
If a package is rejected by the customer or cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided
during checkout, the order will not be refunded. The customer will be responsible for any additional
costs incurred for a second delivery attempt.
Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please wait up to 15 business
days after it has been shipped before reporting it as delayed. After this period, contact us at
info@hugaboo.store so we can open an investigation with the carrier and provide you with a timely
solution.
